Well in my company they block lots of web sites but they dont block ebay which woudl be the obvious thing if they didnt want us to buy from it. We cant even get on friends reunited.
And its a council i work for!

Chance would be a fine thing. My employer blocks just about every website there is. There are some websites that I cant access even though they would help me in my job. I work in a bank and the estate agents websites are all blocked. So I wouldnt stand a chance of using AB whilst at work!
