Man threw dogs into path of cars

I'm so glad I wasn't a passenger in one of those cars when he was there with those dogs. I'd have seen red and gone steaming in and no doubt got my face rearranged. Folks like him should be given a lethal injection, I don't see why they should have money spent on them by imprisoning them.

This man has obviously got some mental problems.
Nothing constructive will be done until he hurts someone. What use is an asbo on someone who is obviously sick?
