when will i get special delivery!!??

anyone out ther know when i might recive a letter sent special delivery in London last wednesday!? Obviously been held up with all strike action but as it was sent special delivery to receive it before 1pm next day -thought i might have had it by now!!

thb they were supposed to be prioritised so u should have had it last week. i sent a letter tuesday by recorded delivery and they got it saturday

Special D's are kept seperate from ordinary mail, and during the strike were dealt with and delivered by managers, so maybe whoever said they sent it that way is telling porkies.
