justified murder ???

In last nights biased BBC news a certain Brazilian`s urine, was said to have contained traces of cocain. does that justify the unjustified actions of the establishment

the police didn't know it at the time - because they had no idea who he was. So that's as worthless as all their other excuses.

Unfortunately though the moment the words "drugs and cocaine" are uttered many will assume (wrongly, imho) that he was a worthless junkie and so it probably served him right!

I believe the point of raising the issue of cocaine intake is that it is known that continual ingestion of the drug can cause paranoia, and lead to suspisious behaviour. This may add legal weight to the argument that the victim's erratic behaviour added to the (mistaken) belief that he as a suicide bomber.

Does it justify the shooting? Obviously not, but when you have to try and defend the indefensible, you'll clutch at any straws, especially if they have traces of illegal drugs on them!

yes as Andy said they are trying to claim he was acting suspiciously due to drug use, but i have a serious problem with all these claims that he acted in an unusual manner - how can anyone know what the usual manner for having armed men run onto a train pointing at you a few days after a terrorist attack in the area you are now in!

i think he acted almost exactly as i would - picked up a paper, ran for the train at the station, found a seat then jumped up to run when armed men burst through the doors (i would assume there was a threat on the train and not for a second thinking anyone thought it was me i'd try and egt out the way)

a sad state of affairs and the police now trying to justify there actions just adds insult to injury

I looked it up-Murder, it seems it means 'Unjustified Killing' So there cannot be a Justified murder.

May I say drug addicts, particularly user of class A do deserve to die.

They cost the NHS and the police millions each month, destroy families and even communities. Spread disease (not so much coke), gets people hooked which will led to a life of crime and grime. A lot of these street gang murders are linked to drugs and people fail to realise that the war in Afghanistan is largely attributed to heroin (poppy) production.

Drug users therefore support the Taliban.

Death is no bad thing for such people. I applaud the Met for a job well done.
