How do you all feel about a regime who finds easy pickings from trivial motoring offences while getting away with murder.?
The death of Mr Menzies was caused by the Met. The head of the operation gets promotion. Once again, the establishment close ranks, & accept collective guilt, while the person, who drilled 5 bullets into a head of an innocent man gets away with, what should rightly be labelled a frenzied murder .

Good old British, justice leaves a lot to be desired
I hope this observation will not upset the answer bank regime.

Which Mr. Menzies would that be? The one who sells newspapers on railway station platforms or someone else of whom I'm not aware.

Yes fletcher you are right on all counts, the only guilty party it seems, is the victim himself!

fagidill, yes he should have been back in Brazil, but had his brains blown out, for overstaying his welcome.
There is a CAPITAL missing, in your case it should be PUNISHMENT.

Isn't that why they can all walk away, safe in the knowledge, that no one will be held accountable?
The ludicrous thing is that they've received a fine. What the F kind of punishment is that? - imposing a fine on a publicly funded body. Well that's showed them hasn't it, they must be really smarting now.
Why does it have to be 'Either or',can't law breakers be punished for their offences without other law breakers getting away with it ?

Just to sum up.
Canbus. The serious issue was not an English exercise.
Weeal. Prise your head out of your backside & realise what is going on in the real world.
Fagidill Make more of a positive contribution & stop reading & believing those tacky tabloids.
fletcher, I agreed with all the points you raised.

I never turned the issue into an English exercise, the first poster did, with a play on names.

fagidill talks nonsense and has a serious issue with capitals.
