What aren't we being told?
This isn't about Abu Hamza, as such, although I'm using him as an example.
I hear today that a judge has ruled that Hamza can be extradited to the US but the final decision rests with the Home Secretary.
Fair enough.
So why, for instance, when an immigrant commits an appalling crime in Britain, does the Home Secretary's decision to deport him get stymied by a Judge?

What gets me about this affair is the fact that the police just stood back and watched Abu Hamza preaching his hate on the streets over a long period of time. The Goverment also handed him huge benefits to support his wife and kids.
It was only when America asked for him to be extradited to the US, that our Police finally arrested him, he was then sent for trial and finally imprisoned.
Was this on America's orders?
