He was carrying a knife on their date because he felt suicidal, and when it slipped from his sleeve Kate Beagley pick it up and committed suicide by stabbing herself 31 times.

This has got to be the most ludicrous argument ever, hasn't it?

You missed then washing the body, the knife a nd dumping both by the roadside.

Personally I feel sorry for his defense council. Can you imagine having to be associated with a argument like that?
Marginally more ludicrous, but slightly less grim than, 'No I didn't kill her, I just chanced upon the body and had sex with her'.

If you're on defence you've probably just grown numb to the horrors and lies.
Don't know such prats don't just pread guilty and save everyone's time.
I would support the American definition, that is first and second degree murder, with hanging as the automatic
punishment for first degree.Believe that to be their reckoning.
Oh, come on.

You've never been on a first date and made such an impression that the girl's decided to kill herself??

Eh? Oh.
Well I'm sure it would make you feel better Wop/top but it doesn't seem to bring down their crime rate does it?
It's a fact of human nature that the ability to avoid seeing your own bad behaviour is absolutely bottomless.

For example -

"All I ever did lin life was to try and give people a good time ..."

Justification of a good life well-lived by maybe a major movie star of well-loved comedian?

No, these are the worlds of Al Capone at his trial, bewildered by the 'persecution' of the US Government.

We all see the best in ourselves, even if, as in this instance, there is patently no 'best' to be seen no matter how hard you look!
