French Fisherman Strike

I heard on the news that there are no ferry crossings due to the French fishermen being on strike.
Does anyone know how longe this strike is supposed to last?
My daughter is going to France with the school probably getting ferry around 8.00am on Friday morning

I think you will have to just wait and see, and hope they do not blockade the port your daughter is planning on sailing to.

Hey, lay off the French fishermen- they are striking because of the effects of the high price of fuel - and tomorrow there are thousands of others belonging to different unions also stricking because people now have to work extra years to get their pension.
You lot over there havn't got theguts to stand up for what is your right. You are apathetic ! Why don't you strike over the huge influx of immigrants taking your jobs and houses - or the terrible rise in the crime rate - or teenage gangs running riot, or your "big brother" government??? etc. etc.
