How can you keep the peace with your hands tied behind your back? It's like a policeman on the beat not being allowed to arrest a criminal. By the time they discuss and politically posture 800,000 have been hacked to peices. The balkans was the same and more recently darfur.

Re Iraq, yes, the US and UK just ignored the fact they never had a UN mandate because they knew there would be no repercussions.

UN is a waste of time its a gravy train, as for Mugabe i couldnt care less about him, my only interest in seeing rid of him is if Zimbabwe became more stable it might stem the flow of immigrants to the Uk, and the ones here might go back....fat chance

UNO�s only objective is to give power to big countries over small countries. Perfect example is as someone mentioned, Iraq war. USA and UK did not give a damn about UNO. Had any developing country done that, then there would have been endless political, social, economical and all the sorts of sanction and boycotts. And most probably attack by about 30 countries to test their fire power but even that once they have approval about vulnerability of that country from their secret agencies. How can you expect justice when few countries can veto anything they do not agree with.

Newsdesk, That is an interesting point, I did not know Barak Obama was Muslim. Even strange thing what police said to you that being white you are not allowed to complain. Would you mind giving some detail of the police station where you complain and may be we can do something about that.
