The killer of Policewoman Sharon Beshenivsky got life with a 35 year tarrif in 2005

However she was killed in connection with her role as a Police Officer

It will be interesting to see if the sentencing judge decides that her position as a police woman is relevant in the sentence

I prefer to let a court decide if he is guilty rather than just presume he is as he has been arrested - it seems that a fan of the News of the World would presume guilt?
