Goth murders appeal - Hope they increase sentence

So the morons who kicked that poor young girl to death have appealed (I know it was called the "Goth muder" but she was a young girl first and a Goth second).

Wouldn't it be great if they INCREASED the sentences. The longer these morons stay in jail the better.

Maybe if people do a pointless appeal we should add a few years to their sentence.

P.S.
I've also been to China (right off the beaten track) and I was very impressed.
For a people supposedly oppressed I saw a multitude of smiling faces, I saw no CCTV, I saw very few Police or Army even though some parts were "military controlled zones" (just looked like a normal high street with shops to me), I saw gangs of teenagers sitting around the shopping malls smiling laughing and joking at some innocent amusements none of them intimadating, none of them surly, all of them polite, clean and well dressed.
Maybe they know something we don't?

jno,i stand corrected,mistakes happen in any walk of life but surely by the very existance of dna testing SHOULD lead to the death penalty being carried out,IF beyond all doubt that the perpratrators were involved in the crime.dna evidence should be used as a last resort to prove the case,and therefore secure any death penalty.

The law in this country is a joke! i was on a jury 3 years ago and the murderer got 21 years and told NOT to ask for parole.. hes asked and got his sentence cut so hel be out in about 3 years, beggars beyond belief , the poor familys of these murdered people are suffering till the day they die... words fail me

It's really very simple, let life mean life. Problem solved.
We've tried the nice way for too long, it has'nt worked.
Commit a violent crime you go to jail you do your rehabilatation there (all that anger management w@nk etc.) you do it again you go in for longer and so on...
True story many years ago some little ar5e hole used to cause murder in the shops, he still does, he's in his 30s asking for a child fare (kn0bhead) I see him swaggering up and down the road by the sink estate he lives in, not a care, no job never worked, he'll never learn.
What the woolly liberals don't realise is that all over this country there's an arms race going on, the cowardly sh1t bags are going tooled up into fights with knives, guns and sticks. The honest people on the other side, are that terrified of their children becoming victims that they're sending them (in their 1000s) to martial arts classes.
Why?
Because NOBODY has faith in the Police or the courts anymore, the worry is what if the kid who learns Kung-Fu decides to beat people up for fun?
What if you don't want your kid to reverse kick someone in the chest?
What if that kid does'nt want to know how to reverse kick someone in the chest?
Who's going to look after them?
Who's going to protect them?
It can't go on like this...

I'm slightly baffled by that one, PatriciaH - I thought if judges set a limit before parole could be granted, then that was it. Do you - or anyone else - know how this could have happened?

i have just read all the post on here . is it going to get to the stage where parents are going to want to look after and check on there children more when playing out just like the animal lovers do.check out hedgehog set on fire in animal and nature.
maybe there were no goths out on the streets that night .
