You are quite right, but I think you will agree it was an easy mistake to make. May I take this opportunity to apologise to Mr T Smith Jr. and all his fans.
Regarding your rather unnecessary sarcastic remark that "he is still guilty of being Black though". You forgot to mention that he is also guilty of beating a fan up, assulting his driver, drink driving, driving with a suspended licence, and refusing to cooperate with the police over the murder of his bodyguard.
Not quite squeaky clean is he? Lets hope we can get rid of him when he has finished his gig.
