Its a lovely idea, but why for unemployed youngsters? surely hardworking young people deserve some fun on their days off, something they wouldnt normally be able to afford from their own pocket.
I think they are going a little "overboard" (pardon the pun) over this venture.
If they need to learn plumbing, electronics carpentry and training in things like CV writing, interview skills and job applications. Why do they have to be onboard an expensive yacht?
May I suggest a disused military camp, maybe situated off the north of Scotland for the healthier lifestyle.
