Ken Bigley Murder Video

I have just seen the beheading of Ken Bigley, absolutely disturbing and so unbelievably heart breaking. After he was beheaded, his head was on the floor and I swear he had a hole in his head as though he had been shot, but he looked very much alive before he was beheaded. I was really hoping he had been shot in the head before hand then he wouldn't have to go through all that pain and torture. Does anyone have any comments on this?

I was emailed a video of one of the recent beheading videos.  Yes I watched it out of curiousity...Might have been one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen!

I have seen the said footage. This doesn't make me more sick or twisted than the next person. Its not a case of searching on the net for it. When we searched we entered "Ken Bigley" and it was on page one of the Google search engine results!!!!!. This is news no matter what way we look at things. My heart goes out to his family of course and no matter what we do we will always be infidels.

After reading this, I checked it out myself. Like you Gibbo, I was not looking for thrills or sick entertainment, but I will not turn my eyes away from the real world. I think everyone should see it, in order to make us all look a bit more deeply at human nature and the world as it is (but not how it has to be).

i accept that people are curious to what happened but it is discusting how anyone could actually watch his death!! you people should feel ashamed of yourselvs and have respect for ken and his family.

Thanks tartanwiz and Nang25, respect to you both!! leighasford did you not take in anything I have said throughout this post?? It is nothing to do with respect, don't forget Ken's family watched his death also! We who watched it are not ashamed and have no reason to be, but you should be ashamed for judging a person by what they watch! It is sick what happened, but it won't make it go away be pretending it never happened in the first place.

Two of my friends have just sat and watched the video. I am now contemplating doing the same. It doesn't make them evil or insensitive or me. Those of you attacking Gibbo should pull your heads in and think.      Comparing watching that to the rape of a 12 year old girl is absolute bulls**t. They are as far removed from each other as they can be.

All he wants to know is if that poor innocent man suffered any more? The answer unfortuneately is that as far as I know - he was beheaded in the must heinous and inhumane way, with no mercy of a bullet........

I'm not condeming you Gibbo for watching such a video, although i would choose not to myself, but i'm intrigued as to know what you can possibly learn form it???  You only have to watch the news to see how 'sick and twisted' parts of the world are and to see more than enough depressing gruesome images.

 i like others around the world for one reason or another , either because of the horror of it all or the complete disbelief,have been sent the sickening video. For me i couldnt watch it, but didnt feel the person who sent me it was sick. Speaking to others here and in my home and place of work, many many people have either heard, seen, or now now the horrors inflicted on those who were captured and murdered.For most "normal people" these extreme acts carried out by savages are to much for us to really believe, what happened to these beautiful human beings is something none of us should forget. I hope and think most people who watched the video, watched out of disbelief, im sure its changed their lives forever...

Cheers Gibbo. I am totally with you on this one. Things in the world are harsh. Everyday we turn on our tvs and see people starving, bombs going off and all manner of stuff. We can sit and think "Oh well, **** happens" but the fact remains that life is harsh and people can do f**ked up things. I just hope that most people out there walk with their eyes open rather than hide in denial and continue to pay the mortgage and drop the kids off at school deluded by ignorant bliss!

No , I have seen it too , and all the others ,  Ken was very brave , in fact , out of all the be-headings that I have seen , he took it well . The c***s that did this are not relgious , they are lost , but enough of the anger , we would all be the same if we follwed the anger option .  I just hope the world does not return to the medieval torture days , cos I think this could happen if the hate and evil continues.  If it is any consolation , which I doubt it is , Ken is not the first , and will not be the last .  I just wish GB and USA could sort out their foreign policy issues , cos agree with the cause or not , this would not have happened to one of ours if we were not there , his soul will rest in peace.

I 100% agree with you on the foreign policy comment Knipes. These people are wan*ers. However I still say you play with fire you will get burnt. Also if you can, read a english translation of the Koran.....Trust me it's an eye opener. What those guys did to Mr. Bigley isn'y even illegal in the Devout Muslim world! Just be thankfull of where we are born people! Cheers all :o)
