Jacqui Smith in trouble again regarding her expenses, if she is so lax over her personal life is she really fit to do a very difficult job?

That is not the difficult part (most seats are either safe labour or safe tory and almost anybody who stands will get elected).

The diffiuclt part is to get yourself accepted by the local party as their prospective MP.

It is convincing THEM that you are a suitable candidate that is the hard part, not the public.

Once the local party have accepted you the public will mostly vote as they have always done in that constituency, for whoever stands.

So do those wonderful mp give all their wages to charity what they get in wages is only a small part of what the actually get .Now lets see as a mp you get to live off the state get a second home for you and you family .Did smiths man actually hire the film or did he buy it from a diital station .the most important question and which has not been answered can we trust a woman who married a man who watched oceans 13 twice .Gordy Heathcliff Brown says he spoke to the cabinet about mps expenses perhaps he should have asked the side board and two arm chairs if he really wanted an answer .

Thanks to all who responded, it's interesting to note that no one came to her defence. A woman who lists her main address as her sisters home, employs her husband and pays for his porn dvds -may have make a good story line if she had been employed elsewhere, I'd love to see her tax return!
