It's fair to say that this could be seen as some sort of "reprisal" for the disrespect shown by certain Muslim extremists in Luton that day. But it doesn't make it right.
Assuming that this is arson, all that it has "achieved" is that the Muslim community there have been deprived of their meeting place. Thankfully no one was injured.

On our local news channel (bbc east) it was reported that some muslims were calling it a "terrorist attack".
