Muslims offended once gain, but no worry the PC BBC has offered to pay 30,000 of your licence fee and apologise to the Muslim Council of Britain.

In that time I saw one white person. Of the rest, I estimate 70% as Black and 30% as Asian. So I suppose that the 30,000 will be at least partly funded by Muslims themselves, which is reassuring. They work and pay the same taxes as everybody else don't they?

The claim by Moore was a lie and the BBC broadcast it. The MCB is exercising the right of every Briton to protect their name against libels.
The BBC did not 'cave in'. It would have looked for evidence to support Moore's claim, and on discovering that the claim was untrue, settled for paying 30,000 instead of going to court and having to pay a lot more.
I wonder if Mr Moore will be donating his appearance fee to help pay this settlement.
