Can Cameron keep his NHS promises?

With 2/3 of Tory MP's not supporting his policy of guaranteeing the NHS is Cameron making promises he can't keep?

Or will the NHS get slashed with the lame excuse "well the last administration left things so badly off we have no choice"

You are so verhment though I get the feeling that you may have an interest to declare.
You wouldn't want to confess to an involvement in private medicine or a large pharmacutical company or something of that ilk would you?

I've come to believe that anything Cameron says is just to get votes. He thought it popular at the time to go along with Labour on its expenditure plans but did a 180% swivel.
He said he would clamp down on Tory MPs expenses but somehow the opposition front bench got overlooked.
To carry out his policies if he got in power would need a 3 line whip on every issue due to the discontent amongst his flock.
The problem with the NHS is not the concept but the bureaucracy, the waste, failed IT projects, and the enormous rise in salaries of medical staff working fewer hours.
If he goes along with all this he can only be classed as a hypocrite and will be left out to dry by his unwilling band of followers. I can see a 'back me or sack me' in the crystal ball.

look jake it really doesn't matter the public are going to boot out your noo labour chums come what may. Cameron will have to something really stupid to loose now. My advice would be to disappear for most of the next 9 months and keep trap shut!Personally I'd slash the budget and fire thouands of managers and administrators. The NHS could do more medical care on less money if it was managed properly.
