Do people really need 90days to decide if they want that cardigan for little johnny ?
And - dont a lot of people take advantage of M & S - eh ?
Examples which I have heard -
- Buying a dress for a party , wearing it and then bring it back for a refund .
- Getting the kids kitted out for a photo shoot , then bring back the items .
- expecting a refund for a worn bra , after years !!!

It's quite a bizarre policy. In theory you can get away with never buying anything - just 'loaning' everything from M&S.
You still could if they reduce the loan period, so why are people getting upset?
