Samoan Tsunami - Where's my brother?

Hi all,
My younger brother is on the small island of Fofoa just south of Tonga.
He has no access to satalite phones etc as there is nothing on the island.
Does anyone know how i can find out if he is ok? like aid agencies of goverment websites or even local radio stations and the like.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

I take it your brother is british, if he is you could try getting in touch witht he home office and they would be able to give you advise or numbers to call

You could try the Phillipine Red Cross who are involved in the search and rescue
