Labour's plan for a multicultural UK

Is this the reason Straw remained silent, when he was asked on Question Time, "if the Labour government's immigration policy was responsible for people turning towards the BNP?
//// "Labour chiefs decided to brand Tory leaders William Hague and Michael Howard as racists to deter them from criticising the covert initiative."////
A ploy generally used by the Left to stifle free speech.

During the recent boom years, immigrants have done the jobs that Brits would do. As the jobs have decreased, so many of the immigrants have returned to their own countries.
Try asking the employers, the CBI if they want the employee pool restricted.

Yes they have indeed done jobs that the British would do, that was the problem hence Brown's statement "British jobs for the British" (whatever happened to that)?
Obviously you are mainly referring to Eastern Europeans, who belong to the EU. Yes most have gone back to their countries.
But what about the thousands that come to this country from other countries?
There have not been many of them that have gone back, in fact we can't get rid of them thanks to Labour's hand outs and the protection they get from the EU laws.

This has been obvious for years, just the first time someones come out and said it. Problem with this policy is, when immigrants come to Britain, not all, but the majority don't go to mountainous Scotland and Wales, they come to the lowlands of England, thereby changing the national identity of England, but no so much the other two.
Straw and Blair have certainly achieved their aims of a multicultural Britain and there is nothing we can do about it by turning the clock back. In fact Labour's present policies are still encouraging foreigners from far away places to come here.
Interestingly in parts of Africa there has been a drought for 4 years and they expect a mass emigration from there to countries with a plentiful supply of water, that means Northern Europe.
We need a halt to non-european immigration. We already have the numbers and the skills to care for ourselves. Blair should be put before the British people for creating a country that our forefathers tried to protect.

Free speech stifled on QT?!!!??!!
You're kidding there was Waaayyy! to much of it - Dimbleby allowed far too much speech making!
Griffin tried to say it was illegal for him to talk about his views on the Holocaust until Jack Straw said "I'm the Justice minister and I can assure you you're quite safe"
If you think that's stifling freedom of speech you need to take a quick tour of China!
