It makes me laugh to see these Union leaders announce their strikes on television as if anybody really cares. They've hardly brought the country to its knees have they,, AND all the mail will be delivered to us as soon as they go back. to work.
nonsence, this union islooking to feather iyts own leaders nest. They know damned well the tories will crush them so its last chace saloon.
And just like scargill they dont give a toss about the members.
A crying shame for the average misled postie
The ' average misled postie ' have a gennuine grievance with the management of Royal Mail - hence the vote by a large percentage, for industrial action .
The average postie is of average intelligence , who can make their own minds up and dont need patronising .
I see from the latest issue of Private Eye, that the Communication Workers Union has given the Labour Party £5 million since 2001.
Gordon Brown has described the strike as ‘unnecessary’, Lord Mandelson has criticised the CWU for embarking on a ‘suicidal course of action’ and Lord Myners has accused the union of putting ‘livelihoods and jobs at risk’.
Gratitude indeed, for such financial support of the Labour Party.
Has anyone seen how much these union leaders get out of the workers contributions? They seem to treat these monies as their own \'bank accounts\' by borrowing large sums to buy their mansions. Wake up you workers and see who the real villains of the piece are! As long as their nests are feathered well is all they are bothered about.
