Do your co - workers have a good sense of humour? I'm really enjoying where I am, I look forward to going in in the mornings! This morning three of us were leant on a counter singing & swaying to a track he was playing! We had a bit of a dance too!

I'm not working at the moment but my last job was great fun. Then the idiot went and lost the contract and we got laid off :-(

You need to like where you work don't you, having a laughs a bonus! Are you having any luck finding a job ummmm?
Horrendous...I work in a male dominated workplace, no women are bosses and are highly unlikely to ever be. Some of the men blatantly perve, one of them stares at your boobs when you talk to him. The MD does not understand the need for "personal space" and thinks it is acceptable to hug the women and at christmas for a bonus you get a kiss from him too! Another bloke used to be in the army, hates women and has made half of us cry! The girls are just as bad bitching about each other. I would leave but in a time of recession I think myself lucky I have a job!!!
Dirty. I work on a farm.

My views are lovely and it's nice being outdoors in the very fresh air. My co-workers are ok, they don't complain as long as they are mucked out, fed and watered.
I haven't been trying...lol. He's happy for me to stay at home but I think even he thinks I need another job now....I'm showing signs of extreme boredom...

CAJ1,
sounds awful! I'd hate that! Have you looked for other work? It's pretty male dominated where I am too, but they're very nice people!

ice!
I didn't know that! That's fantastic! Sure it's hard work though? My mate would love that! :0)
lol, it is sachs but sure, it pays the bills. I have looked and there are other jobs but it would mean taking a pay cut so I stick it out.

ummmm, you lucky thing, I would love to stay at home!
My co-workers are ok, they don't complain as long as they are mucked out, fed and watered. ....Sounds like you you've worked with the gang of builders I was with last week, ice maiden :-)
The novelty soon wears off. It'll be much easier in September once my youngest goes to upper school.

Yeah, it's nice to to mix ummmm x
My job is gerenally unique and generally I like my team very much. Except I think yesterday or Monday when they annoyed me!

Do you have a good working relationship with them China?
My place of work is just like my spare room ...

... because, it's my spare room.
Question Author
Hi jayne,
do you like it that way or would you rather work with others?
It's just lovely being retired!!

My last place of work was my home, I got on very well with myself and there was no bitching, letching or arguments. Also lots of coffee breaks and really good lunches and I could make as many phone calls as I liked. I could even go to work in my dressing gown!
Unfortunately that is one thing I have to say, despite my new job being great there is very little time to enjoy a laugh, the younger people who work there seem to lack a sense of fun and the older people are very busy all the time, like me , but there are always chocs and sweets on the staff tables in the staff room.
Very good relationship, they're a great bunch.

Hiya dot!
we have a concentrated 10/ 15 mins of madness before work begins, it's nice to break down barriers!
