He has the deaths of 250 soldiers and thousands of civilians on his conscience. What he needs to understand is we the common people know that we have been 'sold down the river; We have not got the manpower or finances to support this war, this country was never in danger of attack and if the West decide to go in we should have gone as part of a European force and not as Lackies to the Americans who have their own agenda. How many French, German, or Italian soldiers do you hear getting killed? Thats right none. My heart goes out to the families of fallen soldiers as I believe they have died in vain.
Now you know that Eels can live for quite a long time out of their disgusting watery habitat.
They are impossible to catch hold when they are out of the water.
Just when you think you have caught them they twist and turn and get away.
Well if you had watched Tony Blair at the Chilcot Enquiry you would have seen a human eel!

Why did people think that this inquiry would be any different to those held before? The whole inquiry will be another 'whitewash' and a total waste of taxpayers money,
Who Blair should have faced, were those protesters outside the building along with those parents and relatives of all those fallen soldiers.

As there are 2 historians on the Chilcot committee Blair did not want to see his name plastered in history books like Anthony Eden in Suez debacle. His legacy to him is very important.
He reminds me of that weak child in the playground who clings on to someone more powerful. Thank goodness Obama is having non of it and treats Brown like any other European leader.
Britain must be the laughing stock of the world just by clinging on to big brother. No wonder we are in such a mess financially

As he is the peace envoy to the Middle East I'm surprised he hasn't encouraged Israel to wipe the Palestinian people off the map. Or maybe he realises that peace is not the end product of war but is a result of people getting round the table to talk to each other. His views are totally contradictory. Its a good job he is no longer in power as his utterings about Iran would have caused WWIII.
