So now the European Courts have ordered a UK council to house a woman and her brats at the expense of the British taxpayer. She will be housed infront of those that were born and contribute into the local area. As far as I see his woman is just on benfits.

It is estimarted she will cost us !/2 Million. I think if Brown had some b*lloks he would deduct the amount from our payment into the EU. I bet they would soon change their tune then. Somehow cant see bottler doing that though.

This judgement is wrong, but hardly a reason to leave the EU.

!/2 Million for a one bedroom flat, how do you work that one out?

YOU WAKE UP. If you get out of Europe you will be free from the European Court System. You are plauing semantics.

I am not saying dont trade but everything else OUT.
No, YOU WAKE UP.
No, YOU.
/// NEIGHBOURS of a jobless Somali migrant given the right to a Harrow council house have supported the decision. ///

/// Fatima Mahir, 29, a neighbour of Ms Ibrahim, defended the court's decision.///

Now there's a surprise from a neighbour with an instantly recognisable "British" name.
Fatima? Like Fatima Whitbread, who won medals representing Great Britain?
/// She will be housed infront of those that were born and contribute into the local area ///

Like I have said before, I agree with the decision to teach Immigrants to queue the "British Way".

Perhaps then, we will get the chance of an equal bite of the cherry?
Whitbread, now there's a typical British name, but Mahir ???????
Quick, someone tell Nigel Farage and Boris de Pfeffel Johnson.
Saying a thing doesn't make it True. The Court and the EU are NOT the same, but continue to believe if you must.
Youngmafbog, can I come with you...?
I think this case rests on the fact the "breadwinner" (husband) has left the country so should she be allowed to stay.

Because the kids are at school the answer is yes (and live off benefits and free schooling for years).

Of course this now opens the door for many families (husband, wife, kids) to come here, then for the husband to go somewhere else, leaving us mugs who pay tax to pick up the bill.

This country is gradually becoming one huge benefits office (till we run out of money - which aint far away)
am I right in thinking that the British have "children" and foreigners have "brats"?
No most of you have brats, at least these days.
Only those with good parenting skills have children.
It seems to me that if it is the European Court that decides they stay, then it is from a European budget the money should be found.

Can i just point out that the European Court of Justice cannot over-rule national laws and that this case, if it was brought there, can only be brought there by a national court? Therefore it's not so much the EU interfering as a British court sending its dirty work abroad.
