Pot-Holes

Since this was dated 1st April, one must be prepared to make up one's own mind if it is indeed true.
But apart from that, earlier in the week while out in my car negotiating the numerous pot-holes in the road, I suggested to my wife that it would be a good idea for the council to erect warning signs, of "Pot-Holes.
In the name of elf 'n' safety they place warning sign "Slippery Surface" "Flooding" "Uneven Road Surface", etc, etc.so why not have a sign denoting "Pot holes"?.
No that would be far too embarrassing for them, rather come out and spray paint around them, job done. We know they are there and we will get around to it in our own time.
In the meantime the heavily tax paying motorist foots the bill. I wonder if they allow pot-holes in cycle paths?
