Is this a set-up to prevent this lump of scum from being deported?
Wangita, who is unemployed, came to England as a young child with his mother, anyone know why he is being deported?
The South American victim, suffered multiple injuries and spent three nights in hospital following the attack, he will also not be deported now owing to him giving evidence at the trial.
Keeping Wangita and the others in custody will cost taxpayers hundreds of thousands of pounds, and the bill will rise even further, if they are convicted and jailed.

he is a lump of scum because;
a. he is black?
b. he is a mass murderer's child? - seems harsh
c. he is unemployed? - a lot of people are unemployed at the moment, think they're scum too?
d. he is (allegedly) capable of taking part in an attack on someone? - fair enough if he's proven guilty
though it's rather inconsistent of you when a recent cowardly and thuggish attack by two soldiers that led to the army getting rid of them wasn't so much of an issue for you?
Either way, i expect the deportations will catch up with them all eventually.

Don't you think that if we implemented this kind of system, there's a danger that justice will not only not be done, but also not SEEN to be done.
If you had an illegal immigrant who committed a serious crime, are you saying that we should simply send them back from whence they came, without trial?

Interesting your choice of destinations, I can see a person being sent back to Barbados, (and before you shout "racist") because immigrants to this country are likely to come from that area, but how many immigrants come from Germany?
