Horrible exploitation of a child! The father should be prosecuted for allowing and encouraging this dangerous stunt.
Yes just seen it on the news .I think it is absolutely disgusting to let a child do that especially with animals underneath. There is no guarantee that the rope won't break.
He was never in danger though was he?

To be brutally frank, before I watched it, I was concerned over the well being of the tigers first.

Boo I think the 7 tigers were completely safe from the little lad.
I thought it was a little girl - with a really butch haircut!
This was on the news a few days back. There was some discussion about child protection but he seemed to be harnessed on to the rope (the bit I saw), so wouldn't have fallen in. Not my cup of tea at all.
No rofl, what I meant was, before i watched it I assumed it was a circus act or something.
Would you allow mini-B00 to do this stunt then B00?

By the way, the news article refers to the child as a little girl :-)
Question Author
Lardhelmet you are right it's a little girl. Boxtops NO harness in the world is 100% guaranteed is it?
Question Author
Lol i get you now boo.
Well no Daffy I wouldn't, but each to their own eh? She (you sure its a girl??) seems happy enough doing it, and she (?) looks to have all the safety precauctions thingy going on, so if it floats some folks boats- why not?
That'll be it then. The Chinese have an interesting philosophy about women...
I agree bigfoot , no harness is 100% and consent is not exactly informed in a 3-year-old. I must admit I didn't take too much notice of the feature, I thought it was a stunt.
I don't know for sure where this stunt is taking place but if it is in China then the fact the child is female is quite significant. Most parents would not allow a male child to risk their lives in this way. To many Chinese parents daughters are expendable :-(

It was a world record, failed the first time and then broken the next 60 meter's on a tightrope to be exact 50 METERS....More then most of our teens walk in a year! Lol.
Exactly daffy - see my earlier post about the Chinese philisophy...
I'm more concerned for the tigers, there are no shortage of people and Tigers are endangered, mainly because of superstitious impotent chinese blokes. If the kid gets malled they'd shoot the tigers even though they are inncocent. Doesn't look like she was in any real danger though.
I'm all for kids being allowed to have a bit of fun when they're young, but really, by that age, shouldn't she be up the chimneys?
Question Author
Lol, or down the mines.
Health and Safety should be called in, she wasn`t wearing steel toecaps and a hard hat!
