who can beat this?
My calculator is a Casio fx-81, unremarkable except that I bought it in 1980 before I went to Uni and what's more remarkable is that I only changed the batteries a few weeks ago. Still does the business!

It's a 1950 Ferranti bakelite radio which still works well.
I've also still got the Rediffusion portable telly I bought when I got my first promotion at work. That must have been around 1980. The picture is perfect!
