Clegg did well in the debate, some even saying he was the winner.

Who will be most damaged, will Labour suppoters vote Lib Dem as a protest, or will people who do not like the Government vote for Clegg rather than go the full hog and vote Tory? Or will neither of the main parties be affected?

Well i would say Nick did well as the third option and Probably Cameron did weakest.

I thought Gordon did well considering he was alomst always gonna be the 'scapegoat' for any wrong that was presented as an argument.

I thought only area nick did bad was the econonmy. labour say dont cut now conservatives say do cut. Nicks answer for me was a bit wishy washy. does he support the NI increase? does he support the cuts? i thought he could have stated more clearly there what his party would do.

again
IHT increase by tories means they def dont get my vote. so its between lib and labour.

and my vote could be very important as sheffield is quite close between them two.

also in general I thought Nick did very well. He was first in line to try reform expenses and pay and also to shake up government and change the house of Lords. I thought they could have attacked Cameron more over this point as well though.

Still a much more mature debate than the god awful parliament questions which turns most people off and is just which team can shout the loudest. Most peoploe i speak to cannot stand that bickering political style so welcomed this debate. I for one hope it happens more often!
