I saw David Cameron on T.V the other day and he was talking about his new schools policy, in his speech he talked about "church" schools.
Clearly he's trying to appeal to our own twee view of Britain and thus his traditional vote, but, shouldn't he have said "faith" schools.
Will it still be a vote winner when those uppity Muslims start wanting their own Muslim schools paid for by us the taxpayer as per his policy "schools that represent their views", whatever would the Daily Mail say.

The Americans have this one right - religion has no place in publically funded schools.

If christians want their children indoctrinated they should set up sunday schools and the same for any other faiths.

I belive the Muslims asked the present Government for a faith school for girls a while ago, but the answer was that if they really wanted one they should fund their own, the feeling was they should integrate into our society.

I couldn't give a tinker's cuss, I'm not voting Tory (the question is aimed more at Tory voters), and the prospect doesn't scare me.
