Even Portillos saying it now
Former senior Conservative Michael Portillo has said the Conservatives may have to reconsider their opposition to electoral reform
Speaking to Today presenter John Humphrys, Mr Portillo said that the level of public indignation following a result where there was a big gap between vote share and seats would "present (Cameron) with a massive decision".
"This election... we may have a result so perverse in terms of matching votes cast to seats obtained, that probably Even the Conservatives will begin to think that the system can't go on like that," he said.

Yes you would think rather than try to obtain agreement for a whole range of policies they should put them in the back drawer for the time being and just concentrate on the economy which determines most of the other policies in the long run.
