Hardly staggering figures.

Well spotted sara3, but still relevant today, in that avoidance rates are still running at over 5%.
I hope the licence fee is abolished, partly because it rewards the dishonest.
I'm still puzzled by RebelSouls's concern though as he doesn't pay the licence fee. It's very considerate of him to worry about these things on behalf of the licence payer.
of course I look after my laptop, I paid for it!
