Althoug I cannot deny my curiosity I feel dissapinted that the secret is out. Who is at fault here, the Stig himself or the publisher?

By a curious coincidence, not only is Murdoch a commercial rival of the BBC but one of his companies is publishing the book. So the more controversy they can stir up the better for them. From the beeb's point of view, if someone is breaching secrecy undertakings then they're right to try to stop it; the programme makes a lot of money, as jake says.
Right I'm back.
Chuck, posting a na na nana na "Top gear is rubbish" type answer counts as an insult.
Anyway I was not angry becuase 4getmenot and spoc didn't like TG, I was angry because they felt the need to pi55 on someone elses bonfire unnecessarily. You don't like it fine just don't post at all. You don't see me having a go whenever a soap question comes up.
Anyway nice to be back
