Fitness to Practice.
The GMC has ruled, that the fitness to practice of the Bloodgate doctor who cut the lip of a Harlequin¨s player to authenticate a blood scam, has not been impaired i.e she has been "cleared" to continue to practice.
If this doctor had been an Asian GP instead of a white, female, accident and emergency Consultant, he would have been suspended at best and struck off at worst.
In my opinion.
