Bewick swans

It seems some Bewick swans have arrived at Slimbridge early indicating a harsh winter, can anyone tell me when they arrived last year

thanks for that infomaniac, so they were a couple of weeks later and we had a stinker of a winter. I think I will order my woolies now!!

mccfluff.....your are so stupid at times.......they arrived at 7.52 on Aug 12th, delayed because of a work to rule by French Air Traffic Controllers.

Not French air traffic controllers, sqad. Honestly, the French get the blame for everything!
Dutch air traffic control, obviously. The swans fly via the Netherlands,on the way back from Russia.
