I agree with Mrs Overall
They will certainly be rich when they get back. I can just see the newspapers reaching for the cheque books now.
C'mon.....everybody makes bad decisions in their life, some you get away with, some you don´t.........e.g McCanns.

Sanctimonious crowd this morning.

Bad decision? what planet are you on Sqad. They ignored all advice and got caught out. what if a team were sent in to rescue them with loss of life, would you still think it was a "bad decision" on their part?
monnraker.........a bad decision is a bad decision only when it ends in the wrong way....as I have said before.....ALL people make a bad decisions in their lives at some time.

If they had navigated those waters safely, despite advice to the contrary....it would have been a good decision.

"What planet am I on?"...............what has that got to do with my answer?
Those waters were not safe , they knew it, they were offered safe passage through they declined and carried on regardless , these two are just plain stupid, selfish, and inconsiderate to all around them, then when they get caught up goes the help us call from them. If you want to read their life story when it's printed then carry on but they wont get a penny of my money or sympathy. I was going to write more but now I am angry about these two idiot's and they are not worthy of my time.
monnraker....fine....you are entitled to your opinion.................as I am.

I dont agree with you but I would fight like hell to allow you to state your opinion.

Still don´t understand the "planet bit"
Any news on what Captain Jack Sparrow and his crew are spending their ill gotten gains on?
Me hearty's, aarrhhh jim lad etc.
:-)
Sqad's right, people do dumb things, but they've certainly paid the penalty, so what's the big beef? Everyone's so accustomed to living in the nanny state that anyone doing anything risky gets jeered at - how sad is that?

Some peoples opinions are shocking.

Sqad is right...
Sounds like up to a million dollars paid for their release, but British Govt followed their policy of not giving in to piracy - Press Association story here. Money from Somali Govt and private investors. (wonder who they might be?) http://www.google.com...N0056021289723343731A
A million Dollar ransom paid. I wonder where the money came from and if the Foreign Office played any role?

If the money came from any national newspapers in return for their story, will you readers decline from buying that newspaper? Afterall, your money will the lining the pockets of evil muslim scumbag pirate.
