However, through various contacts on the edge of the Royal Family, and also who were close to both Andrew and Fergie, there are some elements of truth in the overall personality flaws, i.e. the remarks on boorish behaviour, ability to snub, and lack of grey matter, that suggest there is "No smoke without a Fire."
One thing that is refreshing about P.William is that he wishes to discard all the OTT pomp and circumstance around royal protocol. Andrew is no different to Charles and Anne in the need for formality - (Sir and Ma'am). Jacky Stewart, a close friend of Princess Anne, got a withering look and later remark on calling her Anne in public.....

I've heard contrary views: that people in industry actually approve of the work he does and think he does a good job representing their interests. This of course may mean slagging off journalists and parliamentarians who question the right of businessmen to do anything they please, as revealed in Wikileaks. He's apparently a very good networker - like his mum, remembers everyone he meets.
