How do you explain this to a child who asks who his father is? A DNA test will confirm it true, but a young curious child will not understand this.

Sorry Eth. I do really dislike Elton's music. Never have liked it or him. I find him and Paul McCartney very overrated. I also think Elton's music has got stuck in a total rut.
You would have to pay me a lot of money to go and see him!!!

Penny Lancaster is 40 in a couple of months. Rod Stewart has just turned 66.

David Furnish is 48 and Elton John is 63.

Therefore, would you say that the ages of the two couples is comparable?

No I wouldn't 48 nearly 49 is a long way apart from nearly 40 in terms of female childbearing years. And Elton John looks about 80!

There are children in this street who have two fathers, admittedly one of them does not live with them, but they come and pick them up at the weekend. I think this must be disturbing to the child. Especially, when they refer to the one who lives with them as their step-dad. How can he be when the real dad is around. Honestly, it gets me confused, leave alone the child. One family has two children by different fathers and a new boyfriend also with two children. I give up! They are all going to grow up confused, so it won't really matter.
