In a speech today David Cameron says "State multiculturalism has failed"
But it would appear from this savage attack on the teenager, that it is not only a Muslim problem.
This stabbing is not an isolated case, it is the result of the growing gang culture amongst Britain's young blacks.
As with the Muslim communities the police don't seem to get any help from the black communities also.
/// Detective Chief Inspector Dave Manning, who is leading the inquiry, said officers have been met by a wall of silence among young people who attended a party before the killing.///
