Can even the most fervent (note correct spelling) of Islamophobes defend this?
Was this teacher within her rights to spray chemical air fresheners at Asian kids who "smelled of curry"?

Should she have been banned from teaching, or perhaps just supplied with scented candles for her classroom?

Regarding the simulative to the smoker, and how many are prepared to tolerate their smells?
It may surprise you but there are many who cannot tolerate the smell of curries or garlic, and that is not racist, it's a matter of personal dislikes.

I work in primary education, but have rarely noticed cooking/food odours. Last time I did, it was me after a curry the night before (how embarrassing!). However, I do wish that someone would invent filtration pants (and make them compulsory for all children) that would make it safe to walk into a class without being felled by the noxious stench of stale wind.
