Why bother about the pubs smoking bans, just nip up to Blackburn or Manchester.
No standing outside in the rain and cold there, when you can relax in a nice cosy shisha den.
But be careful as one cafe owner caused an explosion while lighting his pipe with a blow-torch.

What it fails to highlight is that children as young as 8 are smoking Benson & Hedges bought for them by their peers all over the UK.
I'm anti-smoking full-stop and don't agree with it being allowed anywhere, but a dozen places in contravention of the smoking law isn't the 'big picture'.
