/// THE NHS will be unable to cope with patients suffering from long-term illnesses like diabetes and asthma unless there is radical reform, the Health Secretary has warned.///
What could those 'Radical Reforms' possibly be?
I bet such things as curbing the number of non-British taking out and putting nothing back in, will be among those reforms?

I wonder whether there will be a charge for those young louts and 'ladettes' who clog up A&E departments on Friday and Saturday night, strung out on drugs or boozer up to the eyeballs will similarly be asked to make a contribution?
I wonder what puts a bigger strain on the NHS? The weekly revolving door of booze 'casualties' or the so-called 'health tourists'?
Anyone care to take a bed?

Why whenever the 'foreigners' are to blame we get the usual diversionary measures and "Yes, but what about the Brits".
I agree wholeheartedly regarding the British "Crack heads", "The British Drunks that litter our streets" and "The British work-shy" etc, etc.
But that wasn't the point of the argument, first lets get rid of the hordes we are inviting into our country to take advantage of our NHS for a start, then we can attack our own problems.
