Man Utd have renamed the North Stand at Old Trafford in honour of Alex Ferguson.
Why any football club wants a stand called ar*e hole is totally beyond me.! ! !

I remember many years ago, Man City wanted to rename one of their stands. They carried out a poll among their supporters and the winning name, narrowly beating the legendary Joe Mercer, was Colin Bell. The idea was shelved as it became clear that the new stand would be inevitably called the "Bell End"

As an avid Arsenal supporter,I have not always thought the best of SAF,or
indeed liked some of his remarks and mannerisms.
However I firmly believe,that any true football supporter,cannot help but admire
a man who has remained at one club,for 25 years and attained the success that he has.Well done.

most of what is printed in the paper is made up, after one match at maine road i spoke to peter swales,
he stood at the top end of the bar, no reporter spoke to him just club members and friends
as he pointed out to me he came straight from the game and had not spoken to anyone
come monday one paper had a story of what peter said to their reporter after the match, you show me that reporter and i will show you a liar
