Exchange rates

I was at my bank yesterday ; there was only a short queue .
The woman in front of me was an Asian lady who was trying to exchange yen for pounds .
It was obvious she was a little irritated . She asked the bank assistant : ‘’ Why it change ? Yesterday , I get two hunat pound fo yen . Today I only get hunat eighty ? Why it change?’’
The bank assistant shrugged his shoulders and said : ‘’ Fluctuations .’’
The Asian lady retorts : ‘’ Fluc you white people too.’’ and storms out .
