A man buys a farm.....

A man buys a farm that includes an apple orchard and a
pond large enough for swimming. One evening the farmer
strolls down to the pond, taking a huge bucket with him
to pick some apples. As he approaches the pond he hears
women's voices shouting and laughing. As he gets nearer
he sees a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in his pond.
He coughs loudly to make them aware of his presence, and they
all hastily swim to the deepest part of the pond. 'We're not
coming out until you leave!' one of the women shouts at him.
'I wouldn't dream of making you get out of the pool naked,'
the man says, holding up the bucket. 'Im just here to feed the
alligator.'
