How can I train my goldfish like these dudes in this video?

Sometime I'm was lost on the wrong side of YouTube. Last time I found this bizarre video clip. I'm not sure how they do it but it seems to have something about the cellphone. I just bought a cellphone (note 2, just like the video), and a few goldfish (belong to my brother). I'm curious if this hilarious thing is a new phone function or what? lol
