John says I have got piles,they are giving me hell. Bill says I used to have them but I got rid of them by rubbing tea leaves round my bottom. They meet two weeks later and John says I rubbed tea leaves in every day but they are no better so I am going to the doctor. So he goes to the doctor telling him he is suffering from piles. The doctor says drop your trousers and let have a look. After about two minutes examination the doctor says I cannot cure your piles but I can tell you that you are going on a long journey
