That's an interesting name, indeed what can be on the menu.

Look closely, and you can see the screws. There is a village near Cheltenham called Uckington - the signs are frequently defaced by addition of one letter in felt-tip pen! Similarly a hamlet near Tewkesbury called Uckinghall.
