Reading through not much has been said about the Pope.....turned into the usual ABer banter as far as I can see.

Although, I fail to see why anyone thinks the leader of the Catholic Church deserves any respect.

Crafty...you would need to tell me what he has done for his flock that deserves my respect....and I speak as someone who is still experiencing and dealing with the badness that is rife within the Catholic Church.

gness I have no dealings whatsoever with the catholic church but would think twice about posting remarks which may be offensive to the beliefs of other church goers.

Unfortunately Craft I do have dealings with the Catholic Church on a very regular basis and will be more than happy when it ends. If reading my remarks..which are well founded is the most offence a church goer has to deal with they won't be too harmed.
The people I deal with in everyday life cope with me quite well, with humour and no acrimony. I'm sure the people here are big enough to do that too. x
